Chef Laird Sapir began offering cooking services to clients while she was attending the Le Cordon Bleu accredited California School of Culinary Arts. Chef Sapir formed HauteFood in order to offer a unique service to clients seeking a truly personalized culinary experience. As a fifteen-year veteran of the restaurant industry, Chef Sapir brings commitment to excellence and a creative spirit to her craft. With experience in restaurants both in the United States and abroad, Chef Sapir has a diverse repertoire of cooking methods; her cuisine infused with flavors both subtle and sublime.
Chef Sapir holds the National Restaurant Association’s ServSafe certification, a nationally recognized standard of safe food handling practices. She is a member of the United States Personal Chef Association, Women Chefs and Restaurateurs, and Slow Food USA.
